Casee: I finally got some reading time in during my flight to see Holly. I’m halfway through Wild Man by Kristen Ashley and am enjoying it far more than I thought I would. Brock and Tess are a breath of fresh air.
I really wanted to listen to something new to both Holly and myself on our road trip but we couldn’t agree. We decided to listen to Saving Grace by Julie Garwood then decided on Visions of Silver by Anne Bishop instead. Thanks, Tracy!
Holly: I had a pretty busy week without a lot of reading time. I listened to Meet Cute by Helena Hunting. It was an okay read. My first by the author, but I plan to try more soon. I finally read Storm Cursed by Patricia Briggs, which I loved. I’m always happy to fall back into the world of Mercy and Adam.
Casee and I have been listening to Visions in Silver by Anne Bishop together.
Rowena: Rowena is having fun with her family this weekend and will be back with us next week.

Return to New York Times Bestselling Author Lori Wilde's beloved town of Cupid, Texas, where wedding fever is in the air . . . and two best friends discover that sometimes the perfect match is standing right in front of you . . .
Ember Alzate is a fantastic matchmaker with one big problem: she can't find the perfect mate for herself! Alzate family legend says that when she kisses "the One" she'll hear a mysterious humming in her head. Well, Ember's kissed a lot of guys and she's never heard a thing. Now, instead of searching for herself, she vows to find her best friend, Ranger Lockhart, a bride. It's clear this smart, sexy man just needs to meet the right gal.
Ranger's returned home to Cupid with marriage on his mind, but he's not interested in the parade of women Ember pushes under his nose. His thoughts keep returning to his best friend--with her combustible combination of curves and sass. No one compares to Ember, but what's it going to take to convince her she's the woman for him?

I’m reading The Southern Side of Paradise.
You can’t go wrong with Bishop’s Others series! I listened to the whole series on audio and I really think it’s the best way to enjoy the series. I’m currently reading Unbroken by Jay Crownover and listening to Long Shot by Kennedy Ryan.

— The Chosen: A Novella of the Elder Races by Thea Harrison. It was a pleasant read but not stellar.
Through the Evil Days by Julia Spencer Fleming. This one kept me on the edge of my seat.
I just finished Sandra Brown’s Tailspin – really liked it!
I really like the premise for Victoria Schwab’s City of Ghosts.
