Rowena: Much to my dismay, I’m still in a reading slump of sorts. Last week, I wasn’t reading anything at all but this week, I’m reading…just very slowly. I’m blaming Christmas. Sorry, Christmas. Anyway, I read Under the Mistletoe by Jill Shalvis which I thought was cute and I’m going to start reading Lying in Bed by Jo Leigh. I hope something shorter will shoot me right out of my slump. So again, wish me luck!
Holly: I swore I was done with my Kristen Ashley binge. Then I got suckered into reading Rock Chick Regret, Sadie’s story. I blame Lillie and Angie. I have to say, as much as I’m bothered by a lot of things with Ashley’s books, they’re very addicting. This one more than some of the others. I totally teared up while reading. Stupid crack books. I’m done with her now. No, really. I mean it this time.
Right now I’m reading Beyond Shame by Kit Rocha (only $3.99 in e-format!). Whoa. Talk about steamy. I’m only about a third of the way in, but already the story is scorching.
I also read Lost in You by Lauren Dane, the second book in her Petal series, an offshoot of the Chase Brothers books. I heart Dane. Her heroine’s are some of my favorites.
What are you reading this week?
I just finished a reread of Christmas Bride by Mary Balogh. I wanted to reread it because I hadn’t read A Precious Jewel the last time. Also reading the second story in Red Hot Holidays. I’ve been reading them all out of order. 🙂

I’m with Rowena in that slump, because of lack of time. I most recently read Mistletoe Cowboy, Cowboy for Christmas & an ARC of The Chocolate Kiss. I would definately recommend any of them. I have Jill’s novella & Carly Phillips’new novella, Fated,set to read this week-end.
