I’ve been binging author Georgia Lyn Hunter. I just adore her. I’m currently reading Warlord’s Storm (Warlords of Empyrea #3). I am loving it so far.

I’m listening to Archangel’s Resurrection (Guild Hunter #15) by Nalini Singh. It is a reread, but the first time I’m listening to it on audio.

I haven’t read a single thing all week. I took a break over the holiday weekend to catch up with family and watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I’m hoping to start something this evening. I may try something by Georgia Lyn Hunter at Casee’s recommendation.

If you read something amazing over the last week let me know so I can check it out.

What are you reading this week? Any new favorites or books that drove you crazy? Share!

I’m reading an older (published in 2013) m/m romance, THE GOOD BOY, by Lisa Henry & J. A. Rock. It features “puppy play” kink, but as with most Henry and/or Rock books, the emotional side of the relationship is just as important as the physical.

    Over the past week ~

    — A Strange and Stubborn Endurance (The Tithenai Chronicles Book 1) by Foz Meadows; I enjoyed this fantasy featuring an arranged marriage between men from two different kingdoms. I look forward to reading the sequel which is due to be released in December.
    — for my book group, Something in the Water by Catherine Steadman. This is not a book I would generally read (too much impending doom for my taste!), but it generated a good discussion.
    — Last night I finished The Spare Man by Mary Robinette Kowal. This is a mystery set in space and is an update/reprise of the book/movie The Thin Man. I enjoyed it even though I am unfamiliar with the original.
