Rowena: It’s been a rough few weeks for me so I haven’t been reading a lot of new to me books. I’ve been doing a lot of re-reading. But I started reading again this week and I read The Fault in Our Stars by John Green, to prepare myself for the movie and I loved the book. I loved Augustus Waters and I loved the kind of person he was and the person that helped shape Hazel Grace Lancaster over the course of the book. Good stuff that made me cry buckets. I can’t wait for the movie now.

I also read The Art of Lainey by Paula Stokes. Cute story. I really enjoyed watching Lainey grow into her own because you can see the change come over her and it made for great reading material.

Now I’m reading Biggest Flirt by Jennifer Echols. I’ve been meaning to read this for a while and I’m just now getting to it. I’m hoping that I like it a lot more than I’ve liked the last couple of releases by Echols.

Holly: I didn’t read much this week at all. I just did some quick re-reads. I have a bunch of new books I’m excited to read so hopefully next week I’ll have something to share.

What are you reading?

  1. I’m finishing up Sweet Disorder by Rose Lerner, which is wonderful! Her first two books didn’t do much for me, so I’m glad I decided to try this one anyway. (And I’m going to have another look at the others…)
