Casee: I am looking forward to May. With as many rain showers as we have had, I am eagerly anticipating May flowers and the sunshine that comes along with it.
I haven’t had much time to read this week, but the book I’m reading is goooood. I think I was about to start this book last Friday. Night Magic by Jennifer Lyon is book 4 in her Wing Slayer series and just as good as the first two. I have no idea what I’m picking up next. I’ll have to look to the comments for some ideas.
Rowena: I am looking forward to May as well. I have had a pretty shitty April so I’m ready for a fresh start in May. Like Casee, I haven’t had much time to read outside of work this week so the only books that I’ve were ebooks that I read at work. I am reading The Edge of Night by Jill Sorenson though when I do find time at home and I’m really enjoying it. Jill Sorenson knows how to write the heck out of a story and I’m really enjoying Noah and April’s story.
Holly: I’m not really reading anything right now. I keep picking up books and flipping through them but nothing is sticking. Hopefully next week things will pick up.
It’s a new week, what are you reading?
Going to start Never Marry a Cowboy by Lorraine Heath today. — willaful
Enclave by Anne Aguirre
I’m reading Public Displays of Affection by Susan Donovan (can’t believe I’ve never read her before!!) After that, I think I’ll read Cathy Lamb’s Last Time I was Me.
Holly–I hope you come out of your reading slump soon. I hate it when that happens!
Dev–‘Public Displays of Affection’ was a tie for my favorite RG, along with ‘Take A Chance On Me’. If you can get your hands on a copy, I highly recommend it.
I am just finishing up ‘Forever After’ by Catherine Anderson and it has been a good read for me. Next up, I am going in completely the opposite direction and picking up ‘Explosive’ by Beth Kery.
Have a good weekend all!
I’m reading One Good Turn by Kate Atkinson. It’s the second Brodie Jackson book. I loved the first one and I don’t know why I waited so long to finally read this one – I’ve had it since December 2008!
I’m reading The Sweetest Thing by Jill Shalvis, straight contemp, funny, sexy … and it’s brought me out of my reading slump.
Still on a rom. susp. kick. Loved Shiver Of Fear & Face Of Danger by Roxanne St. Claire. Stayed up till 5:30AM reading Breaking Point by Pamela Clare and it was so worth it.
reading seanan mcguires’ late eclipses.. not a bad tale.next will be sherilyn kenyon’s born of shadows and the inimitable ms feehan’s savage nature.have a great weekend people.. peace.kam lin
It’s been a rough couple of weeks for reading for me. I finally got back to reading Cold Sight by Leslie Parrish – and enjoying it! Have a great weekend!
I finished Nora Roberts’s, Chasing Fire and was disappointed in it. I’m now reading Eleven Scandals by Sarah Maclean. It’s very good so far.
