It’s the weekend of 9/11. We hope you take a moment to remember everyone who was lost that day, as well as those who willing gave their lives to save others, along with the ones who lived through it.
Holly: This week has been another slow reading week for me. I did end up reading Never Enough by Lauren Dane. I enjoyed it, but not as much as I’d hoped to. Adrian was different than I expected to be, and I think Gillian let him off too easily. In the end I enjoyed their romance, however.
This morning I finished a re-read of The Many Sins of Lord Cameron by Jennifer Ashley. It was just as good the second time around. Now if only I can make myself sit down and review it….
I have no idea what I’m going to read next. Got any good suggestions?
Rowena: I didn’t get much reading done this week either. I did finish Past Perfect by Leila Sales which is a YA book that I read for The Book Scoop. Now, I’m reading some books for Book Binge and the first book is In the Arms of a Marquess by Katharine Ashe and the other one is Something So Right by Elyse Mady. Both books are just okay right now, I’m hoping that they pick up in the next couple of chapters. We’ll see what happens…
What are you reading?
Way, way too many books! Right now finishing up the awesome Sunshine and Shadows by Sharon and Tom Curtis and then back to… shoot, I’ve forgotten the name, Real Justice I think. New romantic suspense. — willaful
I just started reading Cherokee Baby by Sheri Whitefeather.
Wicked Game by Mercy Celeste
