What Are You Reading? 9-14-12 (124)

Rowena: It’s been a rough reading week for me. I finished Butter by Erin Jade Lange and that’s it. I still haven’t picked up the Tessa Dare book to read and I’ve been saying I’m going to read that for weeks. This weekend I WILL pick up A Lady by Midnight by Tessa Dare and I WILL read it because I’ve been hearing lots of good things about it and because I’m tired of not reading. So yeah, that’s what I’m going to read this week. For real.

Holly’s out of town right now and probably doesn’t have time to read either (road trips and all) but she’ll be back next week to tell us what she’s been reading. Safe travels Holly! We miss you!

What are you guys reading this week?

  1. I know what you mean about not having time to get to everything you have to read! I told my husband I need to win Lotto, so I can read & eat bonbons all day. And maybe take a nap. Or go to the gym. But mostly read! I just picked up Loving Lady Marcia by Kieran Kramer. I loved her Bachelor Blog series & fully expect to love this new one, too!

  2. I just finished Planning for Love by Christi Barth. Now I really need to finish The Gilded Lily by Deborah Swift and The Winter Mantle by Elizabeth Chadwick!

  3. Having trouble with Carpal Tunnel so only reading e-books at the moment 🙁
Currently that means I am reading Magic study by Marie V Snyder borrowed from the library.

I just finished ‘The Ritual Bath’ by Faye Kellerman and LOVED IT! It is the first book of 20 in the Peter Decker/Rina Lazarus series and I am hooked. Next up is ‘The Ideal Man’ by Julie Garwood.

Shannon Stacey’s newest, All He Ever Needed. I LOVE it. I’m supposed to be writing but I can’t put it down!

  6. @Rowena. Yes I was reading it for the first time and I totally agree with you.Hoping to find Fire Study on loan at library next 😀

  7. Rowena, it wasn’t bad. I did have a bit of an issue with the heroine and the resolution but it was promising and I will read the next book in the series

@Sharlene: How are you liking Loving Lady Marcia so far? It was an enjoyable read for me. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the book.

@Marg: How did you like the Christi Barth?

@MJFredrick: I so need to hurry up and finish out that series so that I can read that one. I only read the first two books in that series.

@ilona: Are you reading Magic Study for the first time? Man, I remember when I read that book so very long ago. It’s a great book!

@teenyan: Ooh, The Ideal Man by Julie Garwood. I’m a huge fan of her work so happy reading on that one!
