I’m reading Breaking Fate (Fallen Guardians #2) by Georgia Lyn Hunter. She is a new-to-me author & her books are on KU right now. I’m really enjoying this series. They are fast & easy reads & are really quite good.
I am listening to Devil in Disguise (The Ravenels #7) by Lisa Kleypas. All I want to know is if this is the last book in the series. I’m loving everything about this series.

Over the past couple of weeks, I finished The House That Walked Between Worlds by Jenny Schwartz and went on to read the other two books in the series, House in Hiding and The House That Fought. I enjoyed the series overall and look forward to reading more from the author soon.
I read The House Witch by Delemhach, a new to me author. I enjoyed the book, though I did fid it a bit slow in parts. I plan to read book 2 soon. I also read The Last Dragon King by Leia Stone, another new-to-me author I enjoyed it as well, though I admit both MCs annoyed me during certain parts. I’m looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
I listened to a couple favorites on audio and am currently reading In a Jam by Kate Canterbary. I’ve heard great things about this book and so far I’m enjoying it.
I’m reading LOVE AND KEROSENE by Winter Renshaw. It’s a slow-burn romance about a woman who grows close to her late-fiancé’s brother when they renovate his childhood home together. It’s very well-written, with both the MCs having to come to terms with past traumas.
@DDD, somehow slow-burn seems an interesting word choice for a book with kerosene in the title!
Over the past week ~
— enjoyed the contemporary m/m romance The Christmas Deal (Festive Fakes) by Keira Andrews which featured a fake relationship.
— a lovely children’s book: Time is a Flower by Julie Morstad.
— another m/m fake boyfriend story which was also an enjoyable read: A Kiss Before Christmas (Rory & Jack Book 1) by Ali Ryecart.
