Rowena: It’s been a little bit since I’ve done one of these posts (sorry!) but I thought I’d start one up today and catch up with what everyone is reading right now. Â In the last couple of weeks, I’ve read a bunch of things. Â I just finished reading Keeping Her by Cora Carmack and thought it was cute. Â I loved getting Garrick’s POV and I especially love that we weren’t getting the same story in Garrick’s POV. Â I really enjoyed getting to see what’s going on in Garrick’s head, in his own space. Â In London. Â Before that, I read The Truth about You and Me by Amanda Grace. Â I didn’t enjoy that one as much as I’ve seen most people. Â Right now, I’m reading Always on My Mind by Jill Shalvis. And already, I’m loving it!
Holly: Last night I stayed up late to read Archangel’s Legion by Nalini Singh. It was fabulous. I meant to only read a feww chapters before going to bed, but once I started I wasn’t able to put it down.
I also read Her Favorite Rival by Sarah Mayberry, Laceybourne Manor by Kristen Ashley, Trust in Me by Dee Tenorio, The Sum of All Kisses by Julia Quinn and The Untamed Mackenzie by Jennifer Ashley this week. All except Laceybourne Manor were wonderful. Especially the Mayberry. She does rivals very well.
The Ashley was all over the place. Generally I can get past her lack of editing, but the writing was too wishy-washy this time.
Now I’m reading Unconditional by Lauren Dane. I’m only a few pages in but I expect I’ll like it. Dane is a favorite of mine.
What are you reading these days?

Yellow by Tim O’Rourke.
I’ve been reading Mystic River by Dennis Lehane, took a break from the romance and new adult. I really like it, but have been reading since Monday. I haven’t been able to take a lunch break, which is when I get a majority of reading in. Up next will be Stripped by Jacinda Wilder and I just pre-ordered a few books because Barnes & Noble is having a Harlequin pre-sale and Jill Shalvis, Kristan Higgins and Robyn Carr.
I just finished A Tryst with Trouble by Allysa Everett. Fresh and fun.
