My favorite read of the month was Rules of Redemption by T.A. White. My least favorite was The Return of the Duke by Lorraine Heath. It wasn’t a bad book, but it didn’t come close to meeting my expectations for the last book in the series.

I was somewhat disappointed by The Evasion-English Dictionary by Maggie Balistreri.
I read 15 books in September. My favorite was WONDERLAND by Rachel Ember, an m/m romance featuring an abandoned amusement park. I didn’t read anything I hated.
My favorite reads this month were Soul Taken by Patricia Briggs and Girl, Forgotten by Karin Slaughter; both were fabulous reads! Brigg’s Mercy Thompson series just keeps getting better and better. My least favorite read was Rising Darkness by Thea Harrison. It’s the first book in the A Game of Shadows series and I really had a hard time getting into it which surprised me as I love her Elder Races series.
I had similar thoughts on Rising Darkness, Tamara M, after quite enjoying the Elder Races books.
I felt the same way. Rising Darkness just didn’t work for me.

I liked the Bodyguard by Katherine Center and the Fred the Vampire Accountant series by Drew Hayes

The Other Emily by Dean Koontz was interesting
