When the finally meet face-to-face, Matt knows that she’s running. He also knows that he won’t let anything happen to this woman that probably saved his life.
I really enjoyed this book. While the suspense aspect was shaky, it wasn’t horrible. I loved the love story. It was true romance between Matt and Charlotte. They were both wounded souls who came together to heal. There’s a scene at the beach when they first see each other that literally made me tear up. It was just such a poignant scene that I had to re-read it several times. The characters are what made this book as good as it was.
Overall, I really enjoyed it.
