My favorite book of the month was Primal Mirror (Psy-Changeling #8) by Nalini Singh. I was a little disappointed by Archangel’s Lineage (Guild Hunter #16). It’s not that it wasn’t good, because it was. It just wasn’t spectacular. I loved all my Suzanne Wright rereads. I love the audio.

My favorite read of the month was the Deals with Demons series. I’m not sure which book was my favorite, but the series as a whole was really well done and kept me glued to the pages. My least favorite read was Fatal Goddess by Vasilisa Drake. I ended up DNF’ing it 59% through because the characters were all TSTL.

A lot of Nalini Singh rereads on audio for me in January. They’re just such fast and easy listens and I haven’t felt like reading much. My least favorite book was Destined Mate (Twisted Fate Trilogy #1) by Jen L. Grey. The story was good in this trilogy, but the FMC was annoying AF. My favorite reread was Hostage to Pleasure (Psy-Changeling #5) by Nalini Singh. I adore Dorian and Ashaya.

My favorite new read of the month was Using Fejo by Victoria Aveline. My least favorite was Bewicched by Seana Kelly. The bones of the story were good, but the execution left a lot to be desired.
