Of course I made a list of the books that I’m most looking forward to reading in the new year. Check it out (in no particular order):
- Just One Day by Gayle Forman. I’ve enjoyed her other releases and I’m very hopeful that I’ll enjoy this book as well. Next week can’t get here fast enough!
- Revenge of the Girl with the Great Personality by Elizabeth Eulberg. Because her books are always a hit with me.
- Dare You To by Katie McGarry. Because I enjoyed her debut Pushing the Limits so much, I know that I will enjoy this one just as much…I can’t wait!
- The Moon and More by Sarah Dessen. Because she’s Sarah Dessen. *swoon*
- This is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E. Smith. Because it just sounds like it’d be an awesome read and I want to see what happy looks like.
- Golden by Jessi Kirby. I’m looking forward to reading more from this author. I met her once before I read one of her books and thought she was really nice, I was really stoked when I tried one of her books (because she was so nice) and ended up really liking it. The other book of hers that I read, I really enjoyed as well so I’m looking forward to reading this one.
- Things I Can’t Forget by Miranda Kenneally. Because everything I read by this author, I love. I’m looking forward to loving this one as well.
- Racing Savannah by Miranda Kenneally. There’s a long wait for this one but I don’t care, I can’t wait for it anyway.
- How I Lost You by Janet Gurtler. I really enjoyed the last book that she wrote so I’m looking for more of the same with this one and this one sounds like a good one…so I can’t wait.
- All I Need by Susane Colasanti. Yay for another Susane Colasanti. New releases by her always make me happy.
- Star Crossed by Jennifer Echols. This one sounds good so I’m all about it.
Books with no covers that I’m looking forward to:
- Dirty Little Secrets by Jennifer Echols. Because it’s Jennifer Echols and when she writes, I will read. =)
- Isla and the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins. Because the last two of her books rocked my freaking socks.
There are still so many more that I’m looking forward to but I’ll be here forever trying to list them all. And you might have noticed that all of the books that are listed are contemporary YA’s…it’s what I love so that shouldn’t be a surprise to you guys.
So much to look forward to so share your lists with me.
