My favorite new read of the month was Using Fejo by Victoria Aveline. My least favorite was Bewicched by Seana Kelly. The bones of the story were good, but the execution left a lot to be desired.
You two have been on a tear!
Favorite reads this month include ~
Hello Stranger by Katherine Center
Happiness for Beginners by Katherine Center
Business or Pleasure by Rachel Lynn Solomon
Lucky by Gigi DeGraham
Books that didn’t work for me I simply abandoned.
I only read seven books in August (I work in a school, and we were slammed with start-of-the-year paperwork & activities). My favorite was Kati Wilde’s latest Dead Lands fantasy-romance, THE MIDSUMMER BRIDE. I didn’t read anything I didn’t like.
WOW, great job ladies! Happy September!
Is there a Gleam?
It was a slow reading month. I read Julie Anne Long’s new book, How to Tame a Wild Rogue.
Holly and Casee,
Like BN100, I’m curious if you plan to install the missing Gleam widget mentioned above.
Oh, shoot. It looks like our notifications were somehow turned off. We forgot to add the widget this month. We’ll bring it back for future posts. Sorry we didn’t see this sooner.
Thanks for letting us know, Holly.
