Holly:
I had another abysmal reading month. According to Goodreads (where I keep track of my reading) I only read 9 books in July. That’s a pretty sad number. However, I’m not convinced that’s all I read. For some reason Goodreads didn’t show a couple books I know I added. It’s possible I missed some along the way. I’m going to say I did, because it’ll make me feel better. M’kay?
The Doctor’s Surprise Family by Mary J. Forbes – 2/5
Uncovered by Linda Winfree – 4/5
From Friends to Forever by Karen Templeton – 3.75/5
Crux by Moira Rogers – 4/5
Sanctuary Lost by Moira Rogers – 3.5/5
Don’t Tempt Me by Loretta Chase – 4/5
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen (re-read) – 5/5
The Tycoon’s Perfect Match by Christine Wenger – 3.75/5
Love is a Four-Legged Word by Kandy Shepherd – 3.75/5
Huh. Looking at my list I realize I haven’t reviewed any of these yet. Cripes, I need to get caught up already. My favorite read of the month was definitely my re-read of Pride and Prejudice. I’d forgotten how much I adore that book. It really is an amazing classic. Honorable mentions go to Crux by Moira Rogers and Uncovered by Linda Winfree. My least favorite read of the month was The Doctor’s Surprise Family by Mary J. Forbes. I’m really bummed that I didn’t enjoy it more, since it was the conclusion to a series.
This month we’re going to giveaway:
Run to Me by Christy Reece
Memories of Us by Linda Winfree (in e-format)
Lux’s Practical Erotica Adventures by Lisa Beth Kovetx
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen (because I know there are many of you who haven’t read it)

My favorite book for July was Be With Me by Maya Banks. I just love her stories of menage because the devotion between her characters are so believable.
Least favorite is Highlander Unchained by Monica McCarty. She seemed to re-hash the same thought pattern over and over in this book. It became tedious, and found I skimmed over pages till I got to the good part.
I’d like to win Pride and Prejudice. Thanks for the contest.
