I’m here pimping a new blog today.
For about 3 years, I’ve had my very own personal book pimp. Her name is Casee and she’s awesome! When I first met Casee years ago, we were both members of a Message Board and we seemed to like the same types of books. Since I was relatively new to the romance genre at that point, Casee pimped some books to me. And then she pimped some more. And even more. I’d have to say at least 95% of the time her recs have been spot on.
Anyway, she finally decided to start a review blog (yay!), so go check her out. Say hello and see what kind of books she’s pimping. She even started out with a review of Gideon by Jacqueline Frank.
Book Pimping One Review at a Time
I’d like to know which 5% weren’t spot on. *g*
Oy, don’t get me started. Remember those Katherine Shay books?
*shudder*
LOL
I already made my way over there, she is the bestest book pimp ever, I’d never doubt her judgement so woo hoo for Casee!
I’m linking her now.
Obviously I gave you the wrong series to start with. Really, you have to try Someone to Believe In. Love that book. Maybe I’ll just have to send it to you.
Oh, you know, I think I DID read that book. Was that the one with the Street Angel and the congressman?
Yes. If you tell me you didn’t like that one I may have to reconsider my job as your pimp.
Well….
Tee hee. J/K
I think I did like it. But I can’t remember now. See,I read that one first, and then I read After the Fire. I’d have to do a re-read.
Well, she just released the 2nd one in that series. But I’m not pimping it to you. LOL
What is that book about? The 2nd one?
What, like we’ve never done that before? LOL
LOL, only you two can have a chat session in a comment box! LOL. Dorks! =)
It’s Aidan (Bailey’s) brother and then the sister of one of the characters from Promises to Keep. It wasn’t that great, but I love the families.
Hmm, if I’m hard up I’ll check it out. 😛
I know I’m late on this, but hi Casee! I’ve heard such wonderful things about you and I’m gonna go check out your blog right now. Thanks for the heads up gals!
