I received this email from Melissa this morning and thought I’d share with the rest of you. She’s currently reading Danse Macabre, book 14 in Laurell K. Hamilton’s Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series. We were on the phone this morning and she was whining and complaining about the series, so when I got this email a bit ago it cracked me up.

I completely understand that we’re not all going to enjoy the same books, but this is one of my favorite series and I don’t really understand why people can’t see that Anita isn’t so much a whore as trying to keep her people alive, which requires feeding the ardour and that she struggles quite a bit with the sex issue. Anway, I enjoyed the email as well and hope Melissa enjoys the next book. 🙂 thanks for sharing Holly.
