Sherrilyn Kenyon launched a new website. She also has a free short story up. I haven’t checked it out yet, but I plan on doing it today. Has anyone read it?

Looks like the site is having some problems..
“We opened Sanctuary this past week and it immediately became overcrowded! We’re working to expand capacity and we’ll open our doors again as soon as possible.”
Guess I will just have to be patient.
Sherri sent a mail to her newletter members a few days ago, telling them the new site crashed almost as soon as it opened because the publishers underestimated the amount of traffic the site get every day. They’re apparently working on it. I hope it’s easier and clearer to navigate than the old one. I pretty much stopped visiting her sites after she modified her site the first time. The very first version was the only one where you could find all information easily.
I’ll still stop by when the site is up again, out of curiosity. It’s nice that she decided to post Winter Born for free, but it’s far from a new story. It was originally published in the anthology Stroke of Midnight in 2004 – Dante Pontis & Pandora’s story.
Heck, I never even got the chance to download Winter Born.
This is why I love The Book Binge! I never have time to stay up to date on author’s I love. Little tidbits like this really help me stay involved with what is happening out in the cyberworld.
That is my longwinded way of saying “Thanks for posting this Casee!”
