My favorite is another Julie Garwood book: Kingdom of Dreams by Judith McNaught. When she kneels to her husband on the tourney field, I always get the chills.
Also, anything by Julie Garwood…The Gift, Castles, Saving Grace…I could go on and on.
I have so many favorites. OUTLANDER by Diana Gabaldon is a favorite, but tend to always reread ALMOST A GENTLEMAN by Pam Rosenthal.
I absolutely love historical romances. I actually began reading romances because of Julie Garwood’s early historicals. These days I’m in love with Lisa Kleypas novels, especially the wallflower series (The Devil in Winter is my favorite).

Oh, so hard to pick just one, but I’d have to say as far as favorite authors: Julia Quinn, Lisa Kleypas, Julie Garwood, and Diana Gabaldon.
I haven’t read any of the books in today’s bag, but they all sound good! 😀

Julie Garwood!! My favorite of hers is Ransom with The Wedding and The Bride also favorites.
Julie Garwood and Amanda Quick….don’t make me name just one book!
The past month I’ve focused on romantic suspense. However a few months back, I loved reading Emily Bryan’s “Vexing the Viscount”. Have a great day.
So many! Julia Quinn, Lisa Kleypas, Amanda Quick, Elizabeth Hoyt, and Tessa Dare to name a few. I can’t think of one book that stands out more than the others. I usually have a few favorites for each author. 🙂
My favorite is Skye O-Malley by Bertrice Small. The heroine’s life was such a rollercoaster, and I liked the fact that she loved different men in different phases of her life.
I don’t know if I can leave just one…but my fav historical writer may be Lisa Kleypas. I LOVE her work and her Wallflower series have been re-read tons of times. 🙂

contest is now closed. Winner will be announced at midnight.
Hands down its Elizabeth Hoyt. She’s new but she can write a GREAT story. “Raven Prince” has huge creases in the spine from my 100th reading of it.
