The votes have been counted and a winner has been chosen. I couldn’t be more excited because this month’s author spotlight was one of the authors that first started my love of contemporary romance.

It was her hockey books that got me hooked and wanting more human on human loving and I’m so freaking glad that this month’s author spotlight will be shining on:

  1. I love RG’s books. Her heroes tend to be a little jerk-y sometimes but underneath it all they are good men. See Jane Score is the perennial favorite but mine is Simply Irresistible, although Nothing But Trouble had me laughing like crazy.

I love her books! My favourite is “It must be love” although I really enjoyed “Not another bad date” as well. She writes such hot heroes and the heroines are always women I could see myself being friends with (having said that I haven’t read her two most recent books yet).

She is definitely one of my favourite writers in contemporary romance!

  3. I actually love Rachel Gibson. Some of her latest books haven’t been home-runs for me, but she is a very funny author.
I need to read her last book… I really should get to it.

My favorites are Daisy is Back in Town, Simply Irresistible and Lola Carlyle Revelas it All.

You know I adore her books. Most of them are good for a wonderful afternoon of light reading, and then every so often she hits ne so far out of the park that it shows up on everyone’s list (See Jane Score, anyone?).

  5. I found Rachel Gibson a little late, so I’m happy to have an excuse to catch up on her backlist. I’ve already read five of her books and my favorites are Not Another Bad Date and Nothing But Trouble.
