Every year Harlequin accepts submission for the More Than Words award. Their mission is to:
**Raise awareness about worthy causes that are of concern to women
**Provide financial assistance to these important charities
**Engage employees, authors and readers and the general public in worthy causes and provide opportunities for them to make a difference
While I haven’t read this book myself I have read the bios on the 5 women that were chosen for the 2009 awards and they are all amazing.
I have one book to give away to one lucky winner. If you are interested in wining and reading this book just leave a comment on this post sometime before April 1 at 11:59pm and you’ll be in the running.
Not entering, but I'll mention it Thursday!
What a great concept for a book! The authors involved are all top notch and I'd love to read this.

What a worthy cause, thanks for hosting and for the contest Tracy.
I am always glad to see these kinds of efforts to lift up women and their efforts to make the world a better place. For centuries women have been the super dooper pooper scoopers for the human race, and to see women honored for their living and for their efforts is always inspiring. Didn't happen much in my early years and I am delighted to see it happening now.
Thanks for the invite! The concept for this book is wonderful. 🙂
this looks great thanks minsthins at optonline dot net
I've read several full length novels by all the authors. They are all awesome. Would love a chance at a copy of short stories by them.
