Ok – well I actually lost this week! I’m going back in the right direction and hope to actually continue down that road! lol
I weighed myself yesterday and I lost 6 ounces. Ok, nothing to jump up and down about (too much) but as I said…I’m heading the right direction and to me that’s a huge plus. 🙂
Woot to you, Tracy, 6 ounces is 6 ounces. Always think positive!
You have a scale that shows your ounces too?
Yay! Go you! I lost 0.8 lbs this week, LOL. As you said, it's better than going the other direction 🙂
YAY!! Good for you!!
After my second daughter, it seems like I just can't shed that last bit of weight. Okay, and the fact that I'm very impatient doesn't help either. Maybe I should try Weight Watchers again? It's just 15 lbs. but it refuses to leave, lol!
OMG YEAH that is a big deal. I'm trying to get back in the habbit of cooking at home and working out. For the last 2 days I've been walking like a zombie I'm so sore LOL~!
Congrats again!
Go Tracy!!
LOL, I'm afraid to check ^_^;
Amy – thank you! I do…it's a digital one I found. I think it was only $25.00 and it's not needed a new battery in 4 years! Wait…maybe it DOES need a new battery and I don't weigh as much as I think! *snort* lol
Lori – Way to go! That's awesome!!
Barbara – It probably took me a good 3 or 4 years before I even had the desire to lose weight after my second child so I understand completely!
Sarai – you go girl! That's wonderful to hear that you're working out. It really does make you feel so good (after you get through the sore part). 🙂
nath – thanks!
