So here it is folks my first weigh in after I re-started my healthy eating plan (I refuse to call it a diet! lol).
I’m pretty much attributing the majority of the loss to water weight but hell…who am I to complain? lol I didn’t feel I did too well this week in general and even ate my rice crust pizza on Friday night. I didn’t exercise at all this past week unless you count running around with the kids and 1,000 loads of laundry exercise! My goal for this week is to break out my Yourself! Fitness (this is just the wiki link – the actual site is down right now) cd and get to work on that 🙂

Nath – it seriously took me a while to find the thing I could stick with that worked for me. It may be the same for you. Who knows? I think we should all have the metabolisms of hummingbirds and then just move on with life! lol

Since we quit smoking I’ve put on a few pounds. It seems about a pound a month. I don’t mind really, but I get nervous that the weight gain isn’t going to taper off, and I’ll keep gaining that pound or two a month. But I am trying to readjust my habits.

Yes Amy I remember when I went cold turkey from smoking I gained weight then too. The only thing that eventually saved me was tying to lose weight for our wedding. AND I was a hell of a lot younger then so it came off easier.
