Well, I just finished reading Acheron and I love it. But then I’ve always loved Acheron. He’s one great guy and I’m happy he found that love and kindness he’s been searching for all his life.
I learned a lot of things from this book. Let me just share some quotes which really made me think:
“It’s easy to look at people and make quick judgments about them, their present and their pasts, but you’d be amazed at the pain and tears a single smile hides. What a person shows to the world is only one, tiny facet of the iceberg hidden from sight. And more often than not, it’s lined with cracks and scars that go all the way to the foundation of their soul.” – Ash
“Love isn’t being ashamed to be seen with the one you care about. It isn’t about punishment or hurt. Love is what gives you the strength you need to face anything no matter how brutal or frightening.” – Tory
On that note, I hope everyone will enjoy this book as much as I did.
Woot! I’m rereading Night Embrace, and a lot of the hints make so much sense now. I love the back story in part 1 of Acheron, and I also love how history is retold imperfectly in the present. Can’t wait for your review! 🙂

I’m jealous! I’m 3rd in the queue at the library (I can’t believe they only got 2 copies of this!!), so I won’t be reading it for another 2 weeks.
Enjoy it!!

Oh I’m jealous. Mine is somewhere between America and New Zealand.
Brat, I’m doubt it was intentional, but you just spoiled me. Maybe you could edit your post to take out that second name.
Dev,
Make sure you read this as soon as you can…everything makes so much sense and I swear, I don’t think I’ll ever be the same again. =)
