I am reading Storm Echo (Psy-Changeling Trinity #6) by Nalini Singh. I just saw yesterday that the release date was pushed back to August, so I consider myself especially lucky to be reading it. I’m also still reading Free by Kristen Ashley. Oh my, there are so many POV’s that it gets confusing af. I’m going on vacation today & I can’t wait to read all the books!

I’ve been on the fence about starting Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover on audio. I’ve heard so many good things about her from various sources, but I just don’t know if I want to read a book that’s going to wreck me emotionally.

Holly

I listened to Repeat by Kylie Scott on audio and re-read Finding Cinderella by Colleen Hoover and Heart of Obsidian by Nalini Singh. I read Her Hometown Man by Shannon Stacey, a cute small-town romance.

I am currently reading An Unexpected Cowboy by Shannon Stacey, the next book in the series and re-reading Shield of Winter by Nalini Singh.

What are you reading this week? Any new favorites or books that drove you crazy? Share!

    Over the past week ~

    — Qualify (The Atlantis Grail Book 1) by Vera Nazarian. Note: this is FREE for US Kindle readers. It seems to be categorized as young adult, but be aware that it has quite some deaths. It has some similarities to the Hunger Games series. I enjoyed it and might read on as I’m curious where the story will go.
    — I’m participating in the adult summer reading program that my library is hosting. One of the challenges is to read a book from 2011. I happily reread Stray (Touchstone Book 1) by Andrea K. Höst which is FREE for Kindle readers. This science fiction story features a young woman who on her last day of high school, finishes her exams and then walks into a different world.
    — I have two more books in progress.

I’m reading Ana Huang’s TWISTED LIES, the fourth book in her Twisted series about four college friends and their lives & lives after graduation. I usually don’t care for N/A, but the heroines of this series seem a little more mature than many N/A heroines. In TWISTED LIES, the heroine agrees to enter into a fake relationship with the head of a security company. There’s a suspense angle because she’s being stalked and his company is being sabotaged. So far, I’m enjoying it.
