I bought all Anna Campbell books after a rec for Tempt the Devil. I reasoned , if she is good I will read her boks in the order she wrote them. Started but didn’t manage to finish To Claim a Courtesan. The forced sex scenes were too much like rape for me.
I still kept the other two though as I am hoping I will like them more.
This one is definitely on my TBB list.
Tempt the Devil is one of my favorite read for 2009. I can’t wait to put my hands on that one too !!!
This book does sound great.
Luci, the rape scene in TTD is hard to get past. If you Campbell’s writing though, you might try to finish it. I thought she pulled off the redemption.
There are reasonable people who disagree though. 😉
