Book News

Did you guys hear? Sarina Bowen announced that her next True North book will feature, our favorite single Mom and…a Brooklyn Bruiser!! Yes, Sarina Bowen is bringing her Brooklyn Bruiser world to her True North series and this is what Holly and I looked like when we read that bit of great news…

You can read all about Zara and her Brooklyn Bruiser here.

Did you guys also see that the next book in Lisa Kleypas’ Ravenels series has a cover? Thanks to Renee over at Addicted to Romance, I did. Check it out:

Hello Stranger (The Ravenels #4) by Lisa Kleypas

A woman who defies her time

Dr. Garrett Gibson, the only female physician in England, is as daring and independent as any man—why not take her pleasures like one? Yet she has never been tempted to embark on an affair, until now. Ethan Ransom, a former detective for Scotland Yard, is as gallant as he is secretive, a rumored assassin whose true loyalties are a mystery. For one exhilarating night, they give in to their potent attraction before becoming strangers again.

A man who breaks every rule

As a Ravenel by-blow spurned by his father, Ethan has little interest in polite society, yet he is captivated by the bold and beautiful Garrett. Despite their vow to resist each other after that sublime night, she is soon drawn into his most dangerous assignment yet. When the mission goes wrong, it will take all of Garrett’s skill and courage to save him. As they face the menace of a treacherous government plot, Ethan is willing to take any risk for the love of the most extraordinary woman he’s ever known.

Woot, Dr. Gibson and Ransom are getting their story told. I’m super excited for that as I’m really enjoying this series. Anyone else excited?

  1. Great week wrap up you have here. I was thrilled and lucky to find the cover for Kleypas. I was just randomly looking at my GR TBR and seeing if any new covers had been released and I so thrilled about that one. Even though book three’s cover is my favorite, the clash of colors is so vibrant and happy.

I honestly can’t wait to pick up Dark Legacy. I just honestly can hardly wait on that one, especially since I hear Gary’s story is coming up soon and we see a lot of him in that book too.

  2. Kareni

Count me in as another who is eager to read both the next Sarina Bowen book as well as the one by Lisa Kleypas.
