Casee: I loved February. I had a lot of time to read and I read some wonderful books. I glommed Lexi Blake’s Masters and Mercenaries series at the beginning of the month and I’m glomming Elle Kennedy’s Killer Instinct series right now. Both of them are amazing! I read 15 books in February, which is a record for me.

  1. Submission is Not Enough by Lexi Blake | 4.25 out of 5
  2. Dungeon Royale by Lexi Blake | 4.5 out of 5
  3. A View to Thrill by Lexi Blake | 4 out of 5
  4. You Only Love Twice by Lexi Blake | 4 out of 5
  5. Master No by Lexi Blake | 4.25 out of 5
  6. The Men With the Golden Cuffs by Lexi Blake | 3.5 out of 5
  7. The Secret by Julie Garwood (reread) | 5 out of 5
  8. Heart of Obsidian by Nalini Singh (reread) | 4.75 out of 5
  9. Silver Silence by Nalini Singh | 4.25 out of 5
  10. A Cold Dark Place by Toni Anderson | 3.75 out of 5
  11. Midnight Rescue by Elle Kennedy | 3.75 out of 5
  12. Midnight Alias by Elle Kennedy | 4 out of 5
  13. Midnight Games by Elle Kennedy | 4.25 out of 5
  14. Midnight Pursuits by Elle Kennedy | 4.25 out of 5
  15. After Midnight by Elle Kennedy | 3.75 out of 5.

Lexi Blake was definitely my favorite author of the month, though Elle Kennedy is definitely right up there. Of course Silver Silence is definitely is at the top of my list, too. There are just too many to pick a favorite.

Holly: I struggled to read anything during the first part of February. Life has been crazy buys lately. Thankfully my reading picked up the last two weeks of the month. I managed to read 13 books.

  1. Flirting Under a Full Moon by Ashlyn Chase | DNF
  2. Archangel’s Kiss by Nalini Singh (re-read) | 4 out of 5
  3. Match Me If You Can by Susan Elizabeth Phillips (re-read) | 4 out of 5
  4. Wild Embrace by Nalini Singh | 4.25 out of 5
  5. Devil in Spring by Lisa Kleypas | 4.5 out of 5
  6. Silence Fallen by Patricia Briggs | 4 out of 5
  7. Games of the Heart by Kristen Ashley (re-read) | 4 out of 5
  8. Pipe Dreams by Sarina Bowen | 4.25 out of 5
  9. Silver Silence by Nalini Singh | 4.25 out of 5
  10. Bound Together by Christine Feehan | 3.75 out of 5
  11. Heart of Obsidian by Nalini Singh | 4.75 out of 5
  12. Caressed by Ice by Nalini Singh (re-read) | 4.5 out of 5
  13. The Bear Who Loved Me by Kathy Lyons | DNF

My favorite reads of the month were Silver Silence by Nalini Singh and Silence Fallen by Patricia Briggs, though Pipe Dreams and Devil in Spring are close behind them. My least favorite read was Flirting Under a Full Moon. That book was beyond ridiculous. I couldn’t even finish it.

Rowena: I didn’t have a really good reading month and I blame that on basketball. Basketball was well under way in February with League and then Play-off disappointments, all of that factored into my reading slump. I did read some books and the quality of those books were pretty high so that makes me happy.

Here’s what I read last month:

  1. Act Like It by Lucy Parker | 4 out of 5
  2. Pretty Face by Lucy Parker | 4.25 out of 5
  3. Good Boy by Sarina Bowen & Elle Kennedy | 4.25 out of 5
  4. Faking It by Jennifer Crusie (re-read) | DNF
  5. Silver Silence by Nalini Singh | 4.25 out of 5
  6. Archangels Kiss by Nalini Singh | 4 out of 5

My favorite reads of the month go to Silver Silence by Nalini Singh, Pretty Face by Lucy Parker and Good Boy by Sarina Bowen & Elle Kennedy. All of those books were fabulous reads and I already want to re-read all of them. I won’t because I’m falling behind on my review pile again but I want to. 🙂

My least favorite read is a re-read that I just could not get into and that was Faking It by Jennifer Crusie. I remember reading it years and years ago and not loving it but I remember liking it okay. This time around, I couldn’t even finish it because I was so bored.

This month we’re giving away:

Midnight Games by Elle Kennedy
Good Boy by Sarina Bowen & Elle Kennedy
Silence Fallen by Patricia Briggs

My favorite reads for February were Madly by Ruthie Knox and Clean Sweep by Ilona Andrews. I also really enjoyed Pretty Face, but I only read one chapter in February and finished it yesterday.

My least favorite read of the month was The Devil in Denim by Melanie Scott which was fine, but nothing special.

I’d love to win Silence Fallen; thanks for the chance!

I got really lucky with Kindle Unlimited this month and found some fantastic books. The Cad and the Co-ed by Penny Reid and LH Cosway and Sarah Ney’s How to Date a Douchebag series were great NA titles, and Midnight Curse by Melissa F. Olsen was a great new installment in of my favorite urban fantasy series. I think my least favorite read was the Calendar Girl series by Audrey Carlan. It wasn’t bad, but it was originally released as a serial, and I got a little sick of the heroine when reading the whole thing at once. I love Elle Kennedy and Sarina Bowen’s work individually and as co-authors, so I am panting with big puppy dog eyes for Good Boy. Blake was so fun in Us!

  3. Favorite read was A Thousand Letters by Staci Hart. Lease favorite read was Becoming Mrs. Lockwood by K.I. Lynn.
Would love to win Good Boy by Bowen & Kennedy.
    Thank you for the giveaway!

  4. Christine

Favorite: a tie, because one made me laugh and the other made me cry: Undeclared by Julianna Keyes and Falling Hard by Pamela Clare. Least favorite: The Studying Hours (How to Date a Douchebag).

Fingers crossed to win a copy of Good Boy – I’m a huge fan of both authors

  5. Looks like it has been a good reading month for you all. I also struggled with Flirting Under The Moon, not really my type of pnr. I am loving Lexi Blake’s series though, I love the way she has been writing this series. I really can’t wait for Silver Silence, of course that is no surprise with Nalini SIngh. I do need to grab up Lucy Parker soon. Hope March is a good month for you ladies.

My top favorites were Devil in Spring by Kleypas and Raid by Kristen Ashley.

  6. JenM

My favorite read of the month was a reread of Truly by Ruthie Knox. I can’t wait for Madly! For new reads, my favorites were Under Her Skin by Adriana Anders and Managed by Kristen Callihan. My least favorite was His To Seduce by Stacey Lynn. This was the fourth book in a series and it started right in with a wild weekend of sex between the two leads, but I didn’t feel any kind of connection between them, so I have to assume that’s because I missed the start of their relationship in a previous book.

I would love to win Silence Fallen. I’m not seeing a rafflecopter though?

  7. Laura Lovejoy-Brunk

I caught up on past series this past month, so i havent read any of my new releases …yet. Loving Dianna Love’s Beledor series and Lisa Renee Jones Hard Rules.

  8. Kareni

A favorite book this month is Kim Fielding’s The Tin Box; another was Wanted, A Gentleman by KJ Charles.

I put aside a few books; however, it may have been a case of not the right time for them.

I’d love to win a copy of Good Boy by Sarina Bowen & Elle Kennedy.
