Totals

Read: 18

Of the 100 books listed, I’ve only read 18 and of the 18 books that I read, I enjoyed them all. Some of my favorite books are on this list like Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins, Sustained by Emma Chase, Practice Makes Perfect by Julie James and then it’s nice to see some new goodies on here too like The Billionaire Bachelor by Jessica Lemmon, The Hating Game by Sally Thorne and P.S. I Like You by Kasie West.

On TBR Pile: 25

There are a lot of new to me books that I hadn’t heard of or even authors that I haven’t heard of this list but I did manage to find some books that I know are on my TBR list. 25 books to be exact. Some of the books that I’m most looking forward to reading made the list and that makes me happy. I’m so glad to see Roman Crazy by Nina Bocci & Alice Clayton on here as well as Well Hung by Lauren Blakely and The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion and The Royal We by Heather Cocks & Jessica Morgan.

New to Me/Not on my TBR List: 57

The other 57 books listed, I either haven’t heard of or didn’t seem all that interested in but I am mighty curious about now. Game, Set, Match by Nana Malone, All of Me by Jennifer Bernard and About that Fling by Tawna Fenske are all on my TBR list now.

What about you? How many of these books have you read, plan on reading and are there any books you think should be on this list that didn’t make the cut?

  1. I’ve read 36 books (I think), on my wishlist / TBR are around 10 more. Some books I know about but I’m not interested in and the rest, maybe 30, are books I need to take a closer look at.

  2. Kareni

I’ve read 34 of the books on the list, and I see about a dozen there that I’d like to read.

I’ll second adding Act Like It to your TBR pile as well as the book by Heidi Cullinan.

I’d add more books by Julie James to the list; I only see one of hers there. Also add something by Mariana Zapata — Kulti or The Wall of Winnipeg and Me.

    • The Heidi Cullinan is on my list now, too. Thanks for the heads up Kareni!

I still haven’t read Kulti yet but that’s high on my list to read soon.

  3. You MUST read The Princess Bride! Its my favorite book of all time!! Rock Chick by Kristen Ashley was great too. It was my first KA book (I just read it earlier this year!). Much Ado about Nothing is good as well. My students read it sophomore year and I enjoy it every time.

    • I just barely watched the movie a few years ago. I’m always late to the Princess Bride train but I’ll add that one to my TBR list too. 🙂

  4. CelineB

I’ve read 39, own 8 more, and 12 others were on my radar as to get at some point in the future. I definitely enjoyed a lot of them, but my personal favorites list would differ quite a bit.

I will third the suggestion for Act Like It. I loved that book.

I actually started All of Me by Jennifer Bernard a while back, when I had a Scribd subscription, and abandoned it pretty early on. I think I wasn’t getting into it and I decided to move onto another book that was expiring soon. I’ll have to look out for a sale on it and try again.

    • Alright, the third recommendation for Act Like It did it. I just bought it on my kindle. I’ll be reading that one soon.

You’ve got a huge chunk of this list read. Go you!
