Rowena: This week flew right by but I’m happy to see that my reading slump seems to be behind me. I read a few books this week. I did some re-reads and read some new to me books as well. I read Tease by Amanda Maciel, which is a book about the consequences of bullying. But it’s not told from the victim’s POV. It’s told from the bully’s POV. Interesting but hard to get through because I hated the main character. I read Bed of Roses by Nora Roberts (loved!), Nine Rules to Break when Romancing a Rake by Sarah MacLean (another oldie but goodie) and Dream Man by Linda Howard (another goodie that held up for me).
And just yesterday, I read Through to You by Lauren Barnholdt and Royally Lost by Angie Stanton so now I’m going to jump into Since You’ve Been Gone by Morgan Matson. As you can see, I’m on a YA kick. I’m not questioning it because at least I’m reading again.
Holly is out of the office this week as she’s out of town to celebrate her birthday. We’ll find out what she’s reading next week.
