Today’s cover seriously freaks me out. I’m not kidding.
First, those babies are kind of freaky looking. I mean, they could be cute, but their looking in weird directions and…I don’t know. They’re just freaky. Second, dude’s face totally trips me out. WTF IS HE LOOKING AT WITH THAT EXPRESSION?!?! He looks totally psycho. I swear that’s the expression serial killers have when they’re wearing other people’s skin as a coat. shudder
I actually have that book–and yes, the cover is more than a little weird. Perhaps even more so in person.
I have the e-version. IIRC it wasn’t a very good book. The heroine drove me crazy.
