I have read and adored Nine Rules to Break when Romancing a Rake by Sarah MacLean and so I’ve been anxiously awaiting the release of the next book in the series, Ten Ways to be Adored when Landing a Lord. The witty titles have kept me grinning like the on the brink, rabid fangirl that I’m turning into. =P

Nicholas’ book is almost out, y’all!

What makes me even more happy is that we’re getting a third book which will be Gabriel and Nicholas’ half sister, Julianna’s book so I’m really excited about this series.

Check out the blurb to Nicholas’ book:

“Lord Nicholas is a paragon of manhood. And his eyes, Dear Reader! So blue!”
Pearls & Pelisses, June 1823

Since being named on of London’s “Lords to Land” by a popular ladies’ magazine, Nicholas St. John has been relentlessly pursued by every matrimony-minded female in the ton. So when an opportunity to escape fashionable society presents itself, he eagerly jumps—only to land in the path of the most determined, damnably delicious woman he’s ever met! The daughter of a titled wastrel,

Lady Isabel Townsend has too many secrets and too little money. Though used to taking care of herself quite handily, her father’s recent passing has left Isabel at sea and in need of outside help to protect her young brother’s birthright. The sinfully handsome, eminently eligible Lord Nicholas could be the very salvation she seeks.

But the lady must be wary and not do anything reckless…like falling madly, passionately in love.

Woo hoo, bring on the historical lovin’ because I cannot wait! Ten Ways to be Adored when Landing a Lord comes out on October 26, 2010 so mark your calendars! I’m doing a little happy dance here, don’t mind me.

This book is available from Avon. You can pre-order it here or here in e-format.

Have you read an ARC of the new book yet? Is it as good as the first book?

I like how the author introduced us to Juliana’s hero in the debut to this series. Sarah Maclean said we can learn a little more about the snobbish Duke in Book 2.
