Rowena:

September was an extremely busy month for us over here at Book Binge. With our Back to School Extravaganza and everything else we had going on over here, you would have thought that I wouldn’t have had much time to read but curiously enough, I think I’ve gotten my reading mojo back.

Seriously because I read quite a bit in September and I’m extremely proud of myself. Check out the books that I read:

First Lady by Susan Elizabeth Phillips (4.5 out of 5)
Kiss An Angel by Susan Elizabeth Phillips (4.75 out of 5)
Seduced By His Touch by Tracy Anne Warren (4.5 out of 5)
Never Cry Werewolf by Heather Davis (3 out of 5)
Double Standards by Judith McNaught
Extreme Exposure by Pamela Clare (5 out of 5)
Shoot To Thrill by Nina Bruhns (2.5 out of 5)
Loves Me, Loves Me Knot by Heidi Betts (DNF)
His Other Lover by Lucy Dawson (2.5 out of 5)
Perfect Little Ladies by Abby Drake (DNF)
Match Me if You Can by Susan Elizabeth Phillips (4.5 out of 5)
Drawn into Darkness by Annette McCleave (4.5 out of 5)
The Earl Claims His Wife by Cathy Maxwell (4.5 out of 5)
The Accidental Family by Rowan Coleman (4.75 out of 5)
One Lucky Cowboy by Carolyn Brown

My favorite read of the month is Extreme Exposure by Pamela Clare with a close second going to The Accidental Family by Rowan Coleman but since the RC is the newer of the two, I’m going to be giving away a copy of The Accidental Family by Rowan Coleman.

Holly:

I read 17 books this month, including re-reads. I guess being sick has advantages. Since I can’t do much but sit on the couch, I might as well take advantage and read, right?

Happy Endings by Katherine Stone (re-read) 4/5
Texas wedding by Kathleen O’Brian 3/5 (or 2.5/5, I haven’t decided yet)
Burn by Linda Howard 3.75/5
Her Notorious Viscount by Jenna Petersen 3.75/5
Dream a Little Dream by Susan Elizabeth Phillips (re-read) 4.5/5
Taming the Texas Tycoon by Katherine Garbera 3/5
The Daddy Audition by cindi Meyers 3.5/5
Heart Quest by Robin D. Owens 4/5
Heart Choice by Robin D. Owens 4/5
Heart Theirf by Robin D. Owens 4/5
Heart Mate by Robin D. Owens 4/5
Heart Duel by Robin D. Owens 3/5
Can’t Stand the Head by Lousia Edwards 3/5 (or maybe 2.5/5)
A Knight’s Temptation by Catherine Kean 3/5
Angels’ Blood by Nalini Singh 4.5/5
Must Love Hellhounds anthology 4/5

Now I just need to get motivated to review some of these. Maybe I need a ghostwriter? Someone want to help me out with that?

My favorite read this month was Angels’ Blood by Nalini Singh and Dream A Little Dream by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. I also enjoyed catching up on the Heartmates series by Robin D. Owens. Her world-building is amazing. My least favorite read was probably Texas Wedding by Kathleen O’Brian, though Can’t Stand the Heat by Louisa Edwards comes in as a close second.

Casee:

My favorite reads of the month were both re-reads. Breathing Room by SEP and Cry No More by Linda Howard. I also really enjoyed Paradise Rules by Beth Kery, Make Her Pay by Roxanne St. Claire and Hunter’s Need by Shiloh Walker. All in all, September was one of my better reading months this year.
