If you haven’t already, you should go on over to Julie Jame’s blog and check out her blog post from yesterday. SHE WAS ON TV! She was discussing romance novels and the recession and also, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. It’s a great interview and Julie looks gorgeous!

You can check out the interview on her blog, here or on her website, here.

Gena Showalter was also on TV and she’s gorgeous as well! There was a piece on Harlequin and how well romance novels are selling in these tough economic times and Gena was interviewed. All in all, I thought it was a good piece. My only gripe was, I wish they would have read from newer books but that was just a small gripe. I enjoyed that little peek into Harlequin’s world. It was great.

If you missed it, you can check out the video on Gena’s blog, I think she said her brother in law put the video together for her and I watched it again this morning and thought it was pretty neat!

Check it out on Gena Showalter’s blog, here.

Great news coverage for romance novels, don’t you think?

  1. I can’t wait to get the book No Limits… thank you. ( I have sent you an email)

I did see the nightline piece on romances… Gena’s was stellar.

  2. You are too nice, Rowena. I agree– it’s nice to see romance novels getting positive coverage. And the bit they did in the Nightline piece with different men reading from romance novels was cute. I agree, though, I wasn’t familiar with too many of those titles. And I loved seeing the clips from the cover photo shoot.
